Yes, some CBX reports support a conversion to an Excel worksheet. Use the directions in the knowledgebase item below to open your report in the default PDF program on your workstation. Then save the file as an Excel worksheet. Note: This process requires that you have a PDF program installed on your workstation that allows PDFs to be exported into another format. Yes. You won't be able to read the answers to the member, but you can reset (clear) them. This will force the member to set up new answers and/or questions the next time they log in. This can be done two ways: Use the directions listed below. OR In Phone/Standard Teller, click the Home Banking button then use Reset Questions .

Copying and pasting from CBX is as simple as dragging your cursor over the text/field you want to copy, then moving to the destination and either using CTRL+V (your keyboard's shortcut to paste) or right-clicking and selecting Paste from the option menu. Additionally in Edge, if you highlight the text/field you would like to copy and hover, the Copy option will appear and allow you to copy. Follow the above instructions to paste to your destination.
