What does it mean on the first Abnormal Activity pattern configuration screen when you elect to include only shared branch transaction, only RDC transactions, or only P2P transactions?

How can you “practice” to see if a pattern will return any results?
The configuration ( Tool #101: Abnormal Activity Monitoring Config ) allows you to run a test of a pattern that you have configured. In this manner, you can see the results without running all the patterns in the monitoring side ( Tool #537: Monitor Abnormal Transaction Activity ). In this test mode, you have a limited number of buttons, but you can print the results. AuditLink is currently offering monthly webinars about the Abnormal Activity Tool. I changed my workstation configuration in CU*BASE to specify a certain "General Printer" ID, but my screen shots are still going to another printer. Why are they not going to the ID I defined?
The General Printer ID that is specified in Tool #326 CU Hardware Configuration does not control where screenshots are printed. The screen shot configuration needs to be changed on the virtual workstation device. Contact the network help desk for assistance. There should be 3 sessions per workstation (G0, G1, and G2). The screen shot printer can be modified here.

In the program where we update the rates for Audio Banking, what happens if I change a rate to 0.000% or erase an entire line from the configuration?
If the configuration has a rate of 0.000, Audio Banking will not read any message for that rate, even if one was originally recorded.
