Is there a way to restrict employees from viewing employee member files in the CU*Spy image vault?
It is not possible to restrict employees from viewing documents pertaining to credit union employees in the Online CU*Spy vault. Those might be the documents you want to save on your shared network drive or as paper copies. Yes, there are requirements for code version and configuration settings you'll need. If you need to adjust the previous year total paid that will appear on a 1099-MISC form, launch tool # 990 Work with AP Vendors , select the vendor, then click the Update 1099 Misc for Prev Year button and update the amount that should be reported on form 1099-MISC. NSF fees a member has been charged. Is there a field that separates the number of NSFs from the number of Courtesy Pay (ANR) items? I do not want to include ANR.

I'm putting a hold on a check at the teller line, but what if I want to deposit the check into two different accounts?
The hold days and account type fields are used to give CU*BASE instructions on how to place a hold. All CU*BASE does is create an Uncollected Funds record for that amount, for that # of days, on that particular sub-account . If you deposit the money into multiple accounts, the hold still gets placed on that one account, so just be aware of what that will do to the member's available balance on that account!

Deactivating auto-security then reactivating it does require you to enter a different employee ID. After a password is entered to reactivate auto-security under that ID, the screen will refresh the tools display to show which ones can be accessed and which cannot.
