Why is my member, who qualifies for my Marketing Club, being charged my Service Charge fee instead of the Marketing Club dues? This member is currently a member in the Marketing Club.
This situation could occur if your credit union charges a Service Charge fee to members who do not belong to a particular Marketing Club. If a member does not have funds to cover the Club dues at the time the dues are posted, this member's status in the Club is changed to P for pending. I changed my workstation configuration in CU*BASE to specify a certain "General Printer" ID, but my screen shots are still going to another printer. Why are they not going to the ID I defined?
The General Printer ID that is specified in Tool #326 CU Hardware Configuration does not control where screenshots are printed. The screen shot configuration needs to be changed on the virtual workstation device. Contact the network help desk for assistance. There should be 3 sessions per workstation (G0, G1, and G2). The screen shot printer can be modified here.

If a dormant member has union dues pulled from his account via
a Marketing Club fee, will this remove him from dormancy?
No. This is one of the transaction types that does not update the last transaction date. The idea here is to avoid automatic items that involve no member contact from stopping an account from becoming dormant. Fees such as this could be set up for years and might hide the fact that the member is not interacting with the credit union at all.

What report shows when members are no longer able to be part of a CU*BASE Marketing Club?
The PCLUBSTS daily report ( Club Members Suspended Based on Club Requirements ) displays this information. To find it, you can enter CU*Spy and input into the Report Name field the appropriate title and then search. You may also need to include additional date information before searching to find the desired report.

In the program where we update the rates for Audio Banking, what happens if I change a rate to 0.000% or erase an entire line from the configuration?
If the configuration has a rate of 0.000, Audio Banking will not read any message for that rate, even if one was originally recorded. For example, say you have requested a message to be recorded for item #9 on the configuration, but then you forget to go in and actually enter the rate into your configuration, or you accidentally delete the rate later. Yes. There is an Amortization Default option available in each of your Loan Product Code configurations which allows credit unions to default amortization criteria such as: Delinquency Fine Code, Rate, Payment Frequency, # of Payments etc. The system will then default this value into the applicable fields when creating a new loan request.
