    We currently do not warrant the use of CU*BASE on any tablet, including the Surface. The people who have experimented with have said that there are interface difficulties with how function keys work, among other things. Also remember that CU*BASE GOLD cannot be resized to fill a screen, whether a tablet or a desktop unit, due to the basic infrastructure of the LegaSuite software.

I am receiving the error "Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.ApplicationClass'" when I attempt to click on one of the Excel download buttons on a CU*BASE GOLD dashboard.     This error message may indicate that an Office DLL is not registered correctly on that workstation. The suggestion per Microsoft is to run a Repair option on Microsoft Office. This requires Local Admin privileges so you may have to ask your IT team for help.     Quicken and MS-Money use similar file-types. (.qif/.qfx or .ofc/.ofx depending on software version) for export/import.     On machines that are receiving the error we are finding that a bug fix from Microsoft is effective in resolving the issue: Windows 10 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685 This is not a security-related issue based on how our environment uses these tools.     In the basic version of TLC, the only way to print the course is to do screen shots of each page. In the full version, you can produce course keys in Microsoft Word format. The full version is an extended product which you would purchase to use with your credit union staff, and includes additional functionality to customize your training environment.
