Multi-factor authentication for online banking is slated to be implemented with the October 2024 release.

Yes. Any of the numbers that is associated with the membership could technically be used for MFA for a personal online banking account MFA login. The member must select a cell phone that can accept a text message.

A phone number cannot be used to authenticate with business banking (BizLink 247), however. You can only configure to have MFA authentication sent via email to these users for MFA authentication, and the email used is the address associated with each individual business employee.
